Software Engineer III
Seattle, WA

We are looking for highly skilled, smart, effective and motivated people to join our enthusiastic team. As part of our team, you will help deliver a series of exceptional ASP.NET solutions to enterprise clients in fields ranging from healthcare to finance to aviation safety.

Requirements:

• At least three years of real-world experience with C# and ASP.NET
• 5+ years of professional experience in the field
• SQL Server design and development (e.g. tables, stored procedures, triggers)
• Client-based programming (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Experience in the following a plus:

• Leading and directing the work of others
• Acting as a mentor and coach to other software engineers
• Leading or participating in training and discussions with software engineers
• Ability to document of concepts and ideas for knowledge sharing
• Open-source .NET frameworks (NUnit, log4net, Castle, NHibernate)
• Object-oriented analysis and design patterns
• Test-driven development
• Agile development process
• Java, Ruby or other languages and associated web development frameworks
